Home Protection
The John Deere WiFi camera is a smart device that’s perfect for the traveler’s home. The waterproof outdoor camera is a simple, stand-alone, plug-and-play WiFi camera that pairs with a free app to let you keep an eye on your place while you travel.
The system takes under 10 minutes from unpacking to operational.
The device requires a 110V electrical outlet to plug into and should be within range of your WiFi router. The distance from your house will depend on your router strength and any obstructions.
The camera offers smooth HD streaming video and automatic night vision via the free iSecurity+ app (for iOS and Android) for your smartphone or tablet device. The built-in microphone lets you listen in on your camera’s surroundings. Motion-triggered notifications are automatically sent to your mobile device for real-time alerts (this can be disabled should birds or animals trigger too many alerts). Pan, tilt and zoom within the app, and two weatherproof antennas for expanded range. The imaging sensor offers exceptional daylight images with vibrant colors and powerful night vision performance.
In addition to being a superior stand-alone outdoor security camera, the John Deere serves as a strong WiFi signal booster and extends the signal using the same password as your primary router.
The John Deere WiFi camera retails for $149.
Purchase by June 18 for a 20% discount and free shipping.

Travel Insurance in Your Wallet?
The personal-finance website WalletHub has released its 2017 Travel Insurance Report, which examines the coverage that major credit cards provide for trip interruptions, lost luggage and accidents.
Did you know that 93% of cards provide travel accident insurance, with almost 38% offering more than $300K in coverage? Additionally, 36% of cards offer lost luggage insurance, 25% cover delayed luggage, and 9% cover both.
Such coverage is important considering that illness and natural disasters alone interfere with 1 in 6 Americans’ travel plans, while only 22% of those impacted have the necessary insurance.
2017’s Best Credit Cards for Travel Insurance are:
– Chase Sapphire Preferred (92.90%) – one of 2017’s Best Overall Travel Credit Cards
– JP Morgan Reserve & Chase Sapphire Reserve (87.50%)
– Citi ThankYou Premier (85.75%)
– Citi Prestige (85.25%)
