Consumer Action Center: Free Help for Your Money Questions

Need advice? The Consumer Action Center is a free community resource for advice on money and consumer issues. You can submit your question by using the form below. A Consumer Action Center volunteer will call you as soon as possible Monday-Friday. Please note that volunteers will be calling from a blocked number as they are working from home.

Submissions received after 2 p.m. ET on Friday will be answered as soon as possible on the following Monday.
