The Consumer Action Center is a free helpline for advice on money and consumer issues. Founded in 1993, the Consumer Action Center is staffed by knowledgeable volunteers who can help you with your questions. You can call 636-49C-LARK (636-492-5275) Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET.
Lori Silverman is the director alongside assistant directors Sue Gatliff and Sarah Mobley who have a combined 64 years of experience leading the Consumer Action Center.
