Destination: Portland, Oregon
About this photo:
This is the Saint John’s bridge in Portland, Oregon. Standing directly under the bridge at the east end looking west, you get an effect of a cathedral and stained glass windows. The effect is cause by the arched shaped concrete supports and the copper green metal supports that are in the water. It is my favorite bridge and a scene I plan to engrave on my headstone. Hope that doesn’t sound creepy.
