How to make $18 an hour working from home

The U.S.-based call center provider is currently looking for full-time and part-time customer service representatives. Employees will schedule appointments and refer customers to home improvement contractors in the HomeAdvisor program.

Here are some of the responsibilities, according to VIPdesk:

  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase customer experience and convert inquiries into firm referrals for HomeAdvisor
  • Attend training to obtain pertinent information about HomeAdvisor and their products and services
  • Apply high-quality customer service guidelines while servicing customers

VIPdesk is seeking applicants with at least one year of sales experience, the ability to work weekend hours and at least a high school diploma or GED.

Since this is a remote position, VIPdesk requires that employees have a home office in a separate room where there’s no noise. Internet and computer requirements are also listed on the company’s website.
