The U.S.-based call center provider is currently looking for full-time and part-time customer service representatives. Employees will schedule appointments and refer customers to home improvement contractors in the HomeAdvisor program.
Here are some of the responsibilities, according to VIPdesk:
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase customer experience and convert inquiries into firm referrals for HomeAdvisor
- Attend training to obtain pertinent information about HomeAdvisor and their products and services
- Apply high-quality customer service guidelines while servicing customers
VIPdesk is seeking applicants with at least one year of sales experience, the ability to work weekend hours and at least a high school diploma or GED.
