The sandwich features grilled chicken and bacon coated in a brown sugar pepper blend. It’s served on a Hawaiian-style bun with Colby-Jack cheese, lettuce and Smokehouse BBQ Sauce.
Priced starting at $5.59, Chick-fil-A says the barbecue chicken sandwich has 500 calories.
“The new Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich is delicious and unlike anything we have on the menu. It was incredibly popular in test markets. I hope our customers are as excited as I am to get this kind of high-quality sandwich at the drive-thru,” said David Farmer, Chick-fil-A vice president of menu strategy and development.

Chick-fil-A said it created the new Watermelon Mint Lemonade to compliment the flavors of the new Smokehouse BBQ sandwich. There’s also a diet version.
