220+ repair locations are available

In order to receive same-day repair, your phone must be insured through Verizon’s Total Mobile Protection plan. Customers pay a monthly premium of $11 for smartphone coverage and $9 for tablets.

Open enrollment is currently taking place through April 9, 2017 if you’re interested in signing up.

With the cracked screen repairs, you’ll be responsible for meeting a $79 deductible — much lower than the cost of device replacement.

Only certain phones are eligible for the screen repair:

  • Apple iPhone SE, 5c, 5s, 6, 6 Plus, 6s and 6s Plus
  • Samsung Galaxy S5, S6 and S7
