Apple is now selling refurbished iPhones through a page on its website that Forbes describes as a “quiet secret.” The refurbished section has offered Mac desktop and notebook computers, iPads and iPods for some time. The iPhones are the latest offering.
According to Apple’s website, there are multiple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus models for sale. They are 30% off the regular price. A refurbished iPhone 6s with 16GB sells for $369, compared to the regular price of $529 — a $160 savings.
As of September 25, there are no iPhone 7 models on the refurbished page, but it’s only a matter of time.

If you’re worried about buying something that’s been previously used, don’t be. Apple offers a one-year warranty, plus free shipping and returns. All devices go through a rigorous refurbishment process and meet Apple’s standards.
So, if you really want an iPhone but can live without the latest model, it may be worth your time to browse the refurbished section on Apple’s website or check with other sellers for great deals.
