It used to be called Burlington Coat Factory, but now it’s just Burlington!

Founded as a retail operation in 1972, Burlington took its name from the city of its birth—Burlington, N.J. But the business has actually been in operation since 1924 when it was known as a wholesaler of ladies coats and junior suits.

Burlington is unlike other retailers that only markdown clothing when seasons change. At Burlington, the markdowns happen on a constantly rolling basis. But most of the markdown action takes place on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of each week, according to Atlanta area store manager Zina Sigmon who spoke exclusively to Clark.com.
Layaway is something Clark loves as a way to buy your holiday gifts in manageable installments rather than racking up credit card debt. Right now, you’ll get a $5 promotional card when you complete your layaway by December 24, 2016.
