Recall alert: Weight Watchers Smart Ones frozen desserts

A popular third party supplier of cookie dough is finding itself at the center of another recall because of possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Aspen Hills behind the Weight Watchers Smart Ones recall

According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), this recall involves four packs of Weight Watchers Smart Ones Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae frozen desserts, which contain pieces of cookie dough that tested positive for listeria.

The cookie dough was sourced from Aspen Hills, a company also tied to a recent recall of both Blue Bell ice cream and Publix store brand ice cream.

This time around, Smart Ones Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae packages with the following UPC codes are involved in the recall:
