If you’re planning to make a career-related move in 2018, finding a new job may be one of your New Year’s resolutions.

With January and February being two of the busiest months for hiring, Glassdoor has just revealed its list of the best companies to work for — which could come in handy for job seekers.

The best employers are determined entirely on feedback provided by employees over the past year.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • Facebook ranks #1, taking the top spot on this list for the third time.
  • This year’s Top 100 list has 40 newcomers including Blizzard Entertainment (#28), Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants (#37), T-Mobile (#79), and adidas (#93).
  • Only three companies remain winners on the Top 100 list for 10 consecutive years (since these awards debuted in 2008): Bain & Company (#2), Google (#5), and Apple (#84).
