Bain & Company took the top spot for 2017. It was followed by Facebook, Boston Consulting Group, Google and World Wide Technology.
While there are many tech companies on the list, industries such as consulting, travel, retail and food services are also well represented.
Costco Wholesale, one of Clark’s favorite companies, placed 34th on the top 50 list.
When Clark recently sat down with the retailer’s CEO, he learned that Costco starts its employees at $13 an hour. After less than five years, they’re up to $23 or $24 an hour. Employees also receive health coverage, 401(k) and paid vacation.
What’s interesting about this year’s list is that last year’s top-ranked company, Airbnb, dropped all the way down to 35.
If you’re interested in learning more about any of the 50 companies on this list, including anonymous employee reviews, head over to Glassdoor.com.
