Bruin Infant Wiggle Balls are being recalled at both Toys R Us and Babies R Us across all U.S. and Canada locations, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Toys R Us has recalled 29,700 wiggle balls after receiving six reports of rubber knobs breaking off in the U.S. — on top of four separate incidents in which pieces of the product were found in children’s mouths.

Customers have also been warned of the wiggle ball’s plastic back that can detach and become a threat to infants. Currently, no deaths have reported — but the toy retailer has urged shoppers to stop using the recalled toys and bring them back for a full refund.
