Looks like some of Martha Stewart’s frying pans might have a screw loose.
Macy’s has recalled part of a cookware collection under the businesswoman’s label, notifying customers that the set’s 8- and 10-inch frying pans have rivet covers that may pop off during use. There have been seven recorded incidents of the metal discs turning into projectiles, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. They have resulted in three injuries, including bruises, burns and welts.
The recall applies only to the pans, which are part of the Martha Stewart Collection 10-piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set. The CPSC advises that owners of the set can keep the other items, while returning the pans to the seller — either Macy’s or a Military Exchange — for a store credit or a full refund equal to the value of the pans, respectively.

According to the CPSC, UPC numbers 0733003518899, 0733003623326, 0766370840959 or 0766370980334 can be found on the product packaging or purchase receipt. Additionally, the affected pans have one of the following date codes inscribed on the bottom:
