Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering at our Consumer Action Center! Please read all requirements carefully.

Volunteer With the Consumer Action Center: Minimum Requirements

• Volunteer for one three-hour shift every week (same time and day)
• Commute to an in-person shift once a month (same time and day; rest of shifts are remote)
• Participate in 90% of your scheduled shifts
• Join us as a volunteer for at least one year (minimum)
• Location in metro Atlanta is a must

The Consumer Action Center: Our Mission

Dedicated to empowering the consumer through advice, education and problem resolution, Team Clark volunteers lead a busy consumer helpline five days a week (Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET).

In addition, the team answers consumer calls, emails and mail, while also researching and maintaining a growing database of consumer issues.

We stay current on the latest consumer issues with professional seminars presented by different offices of the state government, trade associations and consumer help organizations. The Georgia Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs, Equifax, FTC and Consumer Credit Counseling Service are just a few of the resources we use.
