Attention bacon lovers!

The vaunted consumer magazine tested 15 different brands of regular and thick-sliced uncooked bacon, precooked bacon and turkey bacon.

The king of the bacon hill? Costco Wholesale’s Kirkland Signature (regular sliced,) which is sold as 4 one-pound packages for $12.

Other top contenders included 16-ounce packages of Oscar Mayer (thick cut) and Walmart’s Great Value (lower sodium), which priced out at $5.50 and $4.50, respectively.
