Is detergent gas better for your car?

A new study from AAA found that detergent additives really do make a difference in the quality of gas that you buy. 

AAA now says drivers should buy Top Tier fuel, gasoline that has a higher concentration of detergent added to it — especially if you drive these models.

Why? Top tier gas helps keep your engine cleaner and reduces harmful carbon deposits that cause problems for your car, according to the independent laboratory testing from AAA.
