What’s App?
Both Whatsapp and Skype require a WiFi connection when it comes to making international calls and messages. But a new app, Rebtel, ‘hijacks’ local phone lines to get you the best calling rates around the world – without the internet, or the need to purchase a phone card.
Recently launched on iTunes and Google Play, it is currently offering a Rebel Calling deal, which means friends or family can be called for free if they are also using the app until 2018. That’s unlimited calls to 52 countries
Google Maps offers a new and free update that allows users to build ‘Saved’ lists to include places, landmarks, restaurants, bars, and attractions.
Here’s how it works:
First, locate a restaurant, park, museum, coffee shop, or anything else of interest on Google Maps.
Next, click the blue directions button on the bottom right side of the screen to be taken to the page. Click the ‘Save’ button in the middle of the screen.
Google will ask you which list you’d like to add to. Create a new list or create a new one.
To access the lists you’ve created, click the hamburger menu button at the upper left side of your main Maps page.
Click the first button on the drop-down: ‘Your Places’ to view labeled places, any custom maps you’ve created, and your visited and saved places.
Toggle to the ‘Saved’ menu to see all of your lists (choose private, share or public)
One handy feature of this update: The listed places will include directions, hours of operation, and ratings without having to leave Maps.
Take a look at Google’s YouTube video for more.

Disney World News
Pandora – The World of Avatar will open at Disney’s Animal Kingdom on Saturday, May 27. Inspired by Academy-award winning filmmaker James Cameron’s box- office hit, ‘AVATAR,’ the new 12-acre land is located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Two main adventures include riding Mountain Banshee – a high-tech flight adventure through the jungles, floating mountains, and oceans. The family-friendly Na’vi River Journey guests will sail down a river hidden within a glowing rainforest. The expedition will end in an unforgettable encounter with a Na’vi Shaman, a figure who has a deep connection to the life force of Pandora.
Guests will also be able to dine at Satu’li Canteen, grab a drink at Pongu Pongu or shop for Na’vi cultural items, toys, science kits, and more at Windtraders.
The expansion transforms Disney’s Animal Kingdom from a day into a nighttime theme park with extended entertainment.
Delta Air Lines has raised it’s one-way rates from Atlanta to Orlando to $99 each way, valid daily without blackout dates through January 14, 2018. But visitors may be able to stick to a travel budget while bundling airfare and lodging at Delta Vacations.
Sample prices, including round-trip airfare from Atlanta start from $255 per person (based on two adults, two children) for a three-night stay in mid-summer at the Best Western Plus Lake Buena Vista located in Disney Springs, a themed retail, dining and entertainment center inspired by Florida’s waterfront towns and historic architecture with 4 distinct neighborhoods – The Landing, Marketplace, West Side and Town Center.
Other same per person rates for summer visits range from $289 at Walt Disney World B Resort and from $304 at Disney All-Star Movies or Music.

NOTE: Airline fees can and often do exceed the cost of your flight! Additional charges now apply to budget and sale rates on most airlines for a carry-on bag, checked baggage and advance seat assignments. The least expensive fees are charged when these options are purchased during the ticket booking process. Fees climb higher after flights are reserved and even higher when adding these options at airport check-in. Kayak offers the most up-to-date Fees Chart for all domestic and international airlines.
