If you believe wireless spectrum is getting too full and we’re running out of capacity, you’ve got another thing coming.

I just have to laugh every time a company like AT&T whines about how there will have to be rationing and rate hikes because of limited wireless spectrum. That just sells the ingenuity of people short.

Did you know there’s a new app for the iPad called OnLive Desktop that allows data to travel on a wireless network faster than any Internet connection you’ve ever seen? Under a freemium model, the Plus service costs $5 a month and offers connection speeds of 1-gigabit-a-second.

The company is also working on versions for Android tablets, iPhones and iPod Touches and Macs.

So the AT&T garbage about rationing, well, I say you fire them and go where your business is wanted and respected. The best cheapest choices out there right now include Straight Talk, Virgin Mobile USA, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro PCS and Cricket.

Innovation is everywhere. Don’t listen to the naysayers, all the small-minded people at big companies.
