Sprint offering free year of Amazon Prime

Sprint is offering a nice little perk in an effort to lure in new customers: people who sign up for the company’s ‘Better Choice XXL‘ plan with 40GB of data will get a 12-month Amazon Prime membership for free.

The offer is available to new Sprint customers and current customers who switch to the Amazon Better Choice XXL plan. It’s also available to new and current Amazon customers. The plan includes unlimited voice calls and texts, as well as the 40GB of shareable data per month.

If you’re looking for a plan with more data in order to avoid overage fees, this may be a great way to do it and also cut out that annual Prime fee.

For $99 a year, Amazon Prime offers subscribers a variety of perks, including free one- and two-day shipping, free video and music streaming, access to a large inventory of free e-books, free photo storage and more.
