Millions of Amazon customers can get 12 months of free access to the Food Network Kitchen Premium app right now.

Amazon Fire TV and Fire tablet users are eligible for a complimentary subscription to the app, which lets you stream Food Network shows and live cooking classes.

Some Amazon Customers Can Get a Free Streaming Perk

I noticed this new perk when I loaded up my Amazon Fire TV Stick the other day. If the offer doesn’t appear on your home screen, you can search for the Food Network Kitchen app, download it and activate the 12-month subscription.

But before you can start streaming content, you must select either the monthly or annual renewal option for a subscription after the year is up.

A subscription to Food Network Kitchen Premium typically costs $39.99 a year or $4.99 a month. If you take advantage of the Amazon deal, you’ll receive an email 15 days before your free trial period ends.

To avoid being charged for the service, go to amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions to cancel before your renewal date.

If you aren’t eligible for the free 12-month subscription, there’s still a way to test out the Food Network Kitchen Premium app. A 60-day free trial is being offered as of this writing.
