Amazon and Kohl’s have partnered again to make your Amazon return experience more convenient. Instead of going to the post office—customers in the Los Angles and Chicago area can now go into any 82 of Kohl’s stores to make a return for free!

Kohl’s makes Amazon returns easier

The department store chain said on Tuesday that it will pack and ship eligible items back to an Amazon fulfillment center without cost, according to CNBC. Kohl’s will have designated parking spots near the Kohl’s store entrances just for customers who are coming to make an Amazon return.

Toys R Us filed for bankruptcy yesterday and is also one of the major retailers that have been hurt by Amazon. Kohl’s decision to do partnerships with Amazon could help it to not fall behind—and also lure more customers into the store.

Kohl’s announced a plan to sell Amazon Fire tablets, tablets, and the Alexa-enabled Echo home speaker. Department stores have struggled as more and more consumers continue to shop online. The steps Kohl’s are taking with Amazon could increase their foot traffic and sales. As customers come in to make a return—they could also continue to look around and shop while they’re inside the store.
