While I usually like to present a positive spin on things, today I want to dedicate a moment to telling you about retailers that have the worst customer service.

The stats below were crunched by 24/7 Wall St. based in part on results from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). The list includes supermarket, drug store chains, discount emporiums, and more.

Here are the Top 10 retailers with the worst customer service ratings:

10. Winn-Dixie
9. Supervalu
8. Gap
7. Best Buy
6. Safeway
5. Macy’s
4. Walgreen’s
3. CVS
2. Rite Aid
1. Walmart

Meanwhile, who actually did well in the ACSI? Some highly ranked stores in the department and discount stores category include both Nordstrom and Costco Wholesale. In the supermarket category, regional grocery chain Publix continues its dominance for yet another year.
