These apps are designed specifically for veterans and their families to help manage their medical care, schedule appointments, monitor and order prescriptions and stay connected. All of the apps are available for both Apple and Android. Many of the apps below are available directly through the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA).

VA Video Connect

VA Video Connect helps veterans and their families connect using video with VA health care providers. The app can be used on a smartphone, tablet or computer.

Veterans can schedule medical appointments and then meet online with their health care providers, so they don’t have to leave home for an appointment.

To use the app you must be enrolled in VA health care.

Rx Refill

Rx Refill helps veterans order and manage their VA-issued prescriptions. Use the app to track deliveries and view prescription history.

Ask a Pharmacist

Veterans can use this app to view their VA pharmacies and medications. If they have a MyHealtheVet account, it can be linked to the VA pharmacy and Secure Messaging services using the app.

VA Online Scheduling

Use this app to schedule appointments and view upcoming appointments at VA facilities. The app accesses VA Electronic Health Records.

Annie App for Veterans

Use this app to get text message reminders. The reminders can include medication reminders, appointment times, reminders to check blood pressure and blood sugar and more. The app will keep a history that you can refer to at any time.
