Now that we’re through the holiday season, this is a great time of the year to look for a new job.
January and February are typically two of the busiest months for hiring. If you’re not sure about which direction to take your career, the job site Glassdoor is out with new guidance.
Their list of the 50 best jobs in America for 2019 features positions that were determined by weighing three factors equally:
- Median annual base salary
- Job satisfaction rating
- Number of job openings
“Emerging technologies designed to grow and scale business — such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation — are having an impact on the types of jobs employers are hiring for across the country,” said Glassdoor Economic Research Analyst Amanda Stansell. “As a result, we’re seeing a spike in demand for highly skilled workers in 2019.”
