These Graco high chairs were sold exclusively at Walmart stores across the country from October 2016 through December 2017 for $99.

Approximately 36,000 units were sold, according to Graco.

Among the main selling points of the high chair was that it could easily change from a traditional high chair to a booster seat or toddler chair with table, among other things.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has received 38 reports of the chair’s rear legs pivoting out of position. As a result, five children sustained “bumps and bruises” after the high chair tipped over while they were in it.
