The latest report from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) shows which smartphones earn the highest marks among consumers.
How Do Customers Feel About Their Smartphones?
The Wireless Phone Service and Cell Phone Study 2022-2023 used a 100-point scale to measure the devices against several benchmarks including ease of calling, video quality, phone features and battery life.
The rankings are based on ACSI’s email interviews with more than 15,000 customers, contacted between April 2022 and March 2023.
