Apple Is #1 for Customer Satisfaction

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report on smartphones shows that Apple retains the title for the highest customer satisfaction, followed closely by Samsung and a few other brands.

The ACSI report covers two rankings for smartphones:

  • Cell phone companies: These include Apple, Samsung, LG and Motorola.
  • Cell phone brands: These include different models of the iPhone, Galaxy and Stylo phones.

Now let’s take a look at the best smartphone manufacturers, according to the report, which uses a scale of 0 to 100.
