8 Gas Station Loyalty Programs That Can Save You Money on Fuel

The price of gasoline may go up and down, but you can often save money at the pump. One of the best ways is by taking advantage of gas station loyalty programs.

In general, you earn a discount on the gas you buy. Some fuel retailers also let you earn points toward other products they sell.

In this article, we’ll look at some of the major gas station loyalty programs.

Gas Station Loyalty Programs to Help You Save at the Pump

In most cases, all you need to start saving is an email address to sign up for a fuel rewards program, either online or through an app the company asks you to download.

Keep in mind that companies use your email address to market more goods and services to you. If that’s not a worry, most gas loyalty programs are pretty easy to use once you’ve signed up: You earn rewards by swiping your fuel card or entering your member ID at the pump, or by scanning a bar code in an app.

Retailer Rewards Benefits
BPme Rewards Save 5¢ per gallon through the end of the month after you sign up. After that, you must spend $100 each calendar month to get the discount.
Circle K Easy Rewards Earn 10 points per gallon plus 20 points per dollar on snacks, food, and non-alcoholic beverages. You save $2 for every 2,000 points earned.
Exxon Mobile Rewards+ New members get 25¢ a gallon in points on your first fill-up when you pay with the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ app.
Maverik’s Adventure Club Save 2¢ per gallon and points toward in-store purchases.
QuikTrip QT Rewards Earn one rewards point with every $2 in qualified merchandise and every 2 gallons of gasoline purchased. Each point earned is worth 1¢ off per gallon.
Pilot MyRewards Card Earn one point for every diesel gallon purchased. When it’s time to redeem, one point equals 1¢.
Shell Fuel Rewards Save at least 5¢ per gallon on every fill-up. Earn more points toward gas discounts by shopping with partner retailers. 
Speedway Speedy Rewards Get 10 points per gallon of fuel and 20 points per dollar spent on merchandise. Redeem for gas discounts and products in-store.
