Millions of Americans are getting ready to splurge on Black Friday, the largest shopping event of the year. That means they’re getting ready to spend big bucks on TVs, laptops, sofas, coffee makers, anything else that is on sale. What many consumers may not realize is that in addition to some bargain-basement prices, there are quite a few freebies out there this year as well.

For the savvy shopper, Black Friday may well be Free Friday — but it’s up to you to take advantage. We’ve read the fine print on these deals so you don’t have to. Many of the offers are not online and others are not linked from the stores’ websites, so you can’t find them as readily. But we’ve done the hard work for you!
