UPS is going on a holiday hiring spree

Your employment with UPS doesn’t have to end in January. Over the last three years, 35% of seasonal package handlers were later hired in a permanent position.

In fact, CEO David Abney started his UPS career as a part-time package loader while in college.

“Our seasonal jobs often lead to permanent employment and even careers for some,” said Abney. “We offer flexible shifts and full- and part-time positions. If you are a student, a working mom or just looking to make extra money for the holidays, we have a job for you.”

UPS said those permanent jobs come with excellent pay and benefits, including health care and retirement. Some employees are also eligible for tuition assistance.
