Though I usually talk about your fiscal health, I was absolutely fascinated by a story I read in The Washington Post about mental health as we age and how you can even improve brain function in your senior years.
Sounds impossible, right? Not according to this infographic that I saw in the newspaper. The keys to stopping, slowing and even reversing the effect of aging on the brain are:
- Calm Down
- Make friends
- Doing what you love
- Get some sleep!
