With the number of U.S. job postings reaching an all-time high recently, now may be the perfect time to start looking for a new job.

FlexJobs, a job search site focused on telecommuting jobs, including freelance, flexible and part-time opportunities, has identified the top 10 career fields for flexible jobs in 2017.

Not all of the companies on this list offer stay-at-home work opportunities, but many of them do.

FlexJobs examined the volume of job postings across more than 55 categories featured in its database to identify the 10 career fields with the most number of flexible job postings this year.

How to search for work-at-home jobs

A FlexJobs survey found that working from home is the most desired flexible work arrangement — so these jobs are in demand.

If you’re serious about securing a stay-at-home job, you may want to consider a short-term subscription to FlexJobs, which starts at $14.95 for a month.

Yes, the service costs a few bucks — but it filters out all of the scam job postings.

Google’s new jobs search engine may also be able to help you find your next gig. For example, I searched “work from home jobs” and got more than 100 results for open positions in Atlanta.

The Google feature aggregates job postings from popular career sites around the web. Here’s a step-by-step guide.
