It’s been the reality of the cell phone industry forever that people with bad credit have been offered worse deals than people with good credit. Often the cell phone carriers will sloth you off into plans that don’t give you as many benefits, don’t give you access to the really good hot latest phones. And that has always been true until now!
T-mobile has just started a new plan where based on your prior payment history with them, even if you have bad credit overall, T-Mobile will treat you as if you have great credit and make you eligible for any of their good rate plans, not just the bad ones. And also allow you access to any cell phone they sale on a payment plan. It is a big change in the market place and one I hope that Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint find their way to offer as well.
